Submit three (3) pictures of your natural brows (frontal, left, and right views) to 925-252-6569 or via email at helenperfecttouch@gmail.com. 3. A $50 deposit is required, which will be deducted from your total service cost. You can make this payment through our website at helenpt.glossgenius.com or via Zelle to Tra Pham at 925-252-6569. 4. **Payment Policy:** The remaining balance is due in cash or via Zelle. If you choose to pay with a credit or debit card, a 5% merchant fee will apply. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable; however, you are allowed one reschedule with a 48-hour notice. Any rescheduling beyond this timeframe will require a new deposit, and no-shows will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. **Late Policy:** To respect our schedule, please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a "no show," resulting in the forfeiture of your booking fee. We recommend allowing extra time for traffic and locating our studio. **Photos and Videos:** To comply with insurance requirements, photos and videos will be taken before and after your service. These may be shared on our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and our website for marketing purposes. **Guest Policy:** For safety reasons, no children, pets, or additional guests are permitted in the studio due to hazardous materials and cross-contamination risks. Drivers may wait in their vehicles, while translators are welcome. **Refund Policy:** We strive for your complete satisfaction. Should you have any concerns, we are open to discussing available options. **Qualifications:** - Must be 18 years or older. - Must not have any transmittable blood-related conditions or diseases, such as Hepatitis or HIV/AIDS. - Must not be pregnant or nursing. - Must not have skin allergies to pigments or makeup. - Must not have glaucoma or be on blood-thinning medications. - Must not have skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, or keloids in the treatment area. - Must not have active skin cancer or a history of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. - Must not have undiagnosed rashes or blisters in the brow or lip area. - Must not be undergoing or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy. - Must not have a history of seizures or fainting spells. - Diabetic clients must provide a doctor's note confirming medication and a controlled diet. - If you have received Botox, it must have been at least three months prior to your appointment. **Eyeliner Specific:** - Eyelash extensions must be removed two weeks before your service. - Lash serum usage must cease three months prior. - Avoid waterproof mascara for two weeks before the appointment. - Use new mascara following the service. **Lip Blush Specific:** - Exfoliate and moisturize your lips one week before the service. - If prone to cold sores, please obtain medication from your doctor three days prior. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness for all parties involved. If you need to cancel your appointment or reservation, you may do so without incurring any cancellation fee if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us sufficient time to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 20% will be applied. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this policy, as it helps us maintain a high level of service and availability for all our clients.
